ON-SITE PROTOCOL

More often than not, our role is to be helpful and resourceful for our clients in the production space. Sometimes that looks like transportation or running small errands. Other times it looks like real-time problem solving.  Whatever the task at hand, you can always ask yourself the questions below. These can be applied to every department we service.

When in doubt:

  • What is the tour’s/client’s priority for this task? Sometimes its timeliness, sometimes its ensuring the task is done no matter what it takes, sometimes its wide-open communication

  • It is never the wrong move to clarify. We never want to seem overbearing or incompetent, but most tours/clients will appreciate you taking the time to get things right the first time

Questions to ask your point of contact each day:

  • Do you need laundry done today?

  • Do you plan on ordering aftershow food?

  • Can I be helpful with anything to start the day on a positive note for you?
