Due to the effects of COVID-19, the live concert entertainment industry has been halted for the time being. This brings on a great financial strain for many in the production world, as we depend on live events happening in order to provide for ourselves and our families. The Roadrunner team is working on finding solutions each and every day as things continue to progress across the globe, but we wanted to offer online help and resources for the team that we have built.

Listed below are some resources in place to help navigate the difficulties that you may be facing as a freelance gig worker within the entertainment industry. Please understand that each of these resources are receiving overwhelming demand, so you will need to be patient, but there is help available for everyone. If you personally need assistance with applying for any of these services, or do not have a way to apply, please reach out to us directly and we will make sure you are able to receive help doing so.

SBA (CARES Act Information and Resources)
Texas Music Office
SIMS Foundation for Mental Health & Addiction Recovery
SNAP Food Benefits
United Way

We’re all in this together. Once everything settles, we’ll be back in action to the fullest capacity, but we want to do everything we can to help ease the financial strain we’re all facing in the meantime. Know that you aren’t alone - you have a community that cares for you here. We’ve all spent hundreds of hours together working countless concerts, big and small, and we’re all going to make it through this one way or another.

With love,

Roadrunner Production Services
